Collection in Person

It is possible to collect personally the previously purchased items in our warehouse in Hayes UB3 4UZ.

Find the instruction below describing step by step the process of the personal collection. Please follow the rules in order to go through the process smoothly and as quickly as possible.

1. The personal pick up (collection) is possible only by prior arrangement.
2. Personal collection is only possible from Monday to Friday at a specific time.
3. We prefer collection of previously paid online orders, but cash payment is also possible.
3. Usual time to prepare the order by our warehouse is about 3-4 hours.
5. When item is ready for collection you will receive full address of our warehouse. Please note that we do not provide the exact address for collection before the order is ready to be collected. We kindly ask you to be patient.
