Processing time

Most of our items will be shipped in 24 hours after clear payment is received. Some of our products have extended processing time. In that case, 48 hours is needed to prepare the shipment. If a specific item has an extended processing time, you will be informed about it during checkout. Orders placed before 2 pm (London time zone) will be shipped the same day.

Delivery days

All delivery times are standard working days. Working days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. We will do our best to deliver the order to you within the specified time. However, there may sometimes be delays that are beyond our control. The specified delivery dates are therefore only approximate. We will always contact you before shipping if there is any delay in delivery time. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
