This policy applies if you wish to return goods for any reason.

Free returns are only valid for UK customers. For all other purchases, the general return conditions apply.
Considering the nature of buying car parts, we try to keep our Return Policy as transparent as possible. Buying the right car part is not always easy, so we are happy to give advice on the fit whenever possible.
If we confirm that the part fits your car before you buy it, we always guarantee a free return.
In order for us to cover any potential return costs resulting from our incorrect advice, you must enter your vehicle identification number in the “VIN” field when placing your order, sending a request via the contact form or using the online chat on our website. We will need to have a record of your request so that you can return the product completely free of charge if necessary. Confirmation via telephone call does not activate this option, and any returns based on an incorrect vehicle fit without confirmation of the fit from us via the aforementioned communication channels do not allow for a free return.
To request a return of unwanted and unused goods, including those that are not the correct part for your vehicle, and also in case you are a consumer exercising your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or by using the online chat.
All returned goods must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
This includes parts for which we have provided fitting advice.
For clarity, this means:
- The part is unused
- No grease, petrol, diesel, oil or any other substance on the goods
- No traces indicating an attempt to install in a vehicle
- Incorrect goods are returned (other than our order confirmation)
Returns must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the goods and issue a refund within 7 days. These are usually processed within 48 hours. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Except where we are obliged to make a refund due to the product not fitting as per our guidelines, as explained above, return postage costs are non-refundable and your responsibility unless we expressly agree to provide you with a returns label.
The choice of return method is up to you; however, we recommend that you use a trackable service.
The responsibility for the return shipment lies solely with you and we are not liable for lost returns.
Damaged Goods
If the goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the order – it will be returned to us.

Faulty Goods
Please contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or chat and we will try to resolve the issue using our warranty process.
In addition, please provide us with the VIN number and a brief description of the problem to help us process your request quickly.
Depending on the nature of the defect, we can offer a repair, replacement or refund.
